Welcome to Trffle, a dating web app operated by Infinite Skye Technologies, LLC. Trffle is designed to connect users based on unique, tailored matching criteria. Our goal is to provide a platform where users can find meaningful connections by viewing matches that align closely with their preferences and interests.

User Responsibilities and Expectations

By using Trffle, users agree to the following terms:

  • Age Requirement: All users must be 18 years of age or older to use this app. By creating an account, you confirm that you meet this minimum age requirement.

  • Content Disclaimer: Users may encounter adult-oriented content on Trffle. By accessing the app, you agree to use discretion and acknowledge that Infinite Skye Technologies, LLC, Trffle, and its affiliates are not responsible for any content you may find objectionable.

  • Prohibited Actions: Users are prohibited from engaging in unauthorized data scraping, automated interactions (including bots), or any activity that may harm the integrity or functionality of the app.

Intellectual Property

All original content, features, and functionality created within Trffle, including its unique matching criteria, design elements, and branding (such as the Trffle name, logo, and custom layouts), are the intellectual property of Infinite Skye Technologies, LLC and are protected under applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

Users are not permitted to:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any elements of Trffle without prior written consent.

  • Use any of Trffle’s proprietary features or content for personal or commercial gain outside the intended use of the app.

The underlying platform (Knack.com) used to develop Trffle remains the intellectual property of its respective owners and is subject to their terms and conditions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Infinite Skye Technologies, LLC (referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our”) and its affiliates are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages that may result from your use of the app. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Functionality and Connectivity Issues: Trffle is not responsible for interruptions, errors, or delays in the app’s functionality or connectivity, and cannot guarantee that the app will always be available or error-free.

  • Data Loss or Security Risks: While we take measures to protect your data, we cannot guarantee complete security and are not liable for any unauthorized access, alteration, or loss of data.

  • Content Accuracy and Availability: Trffle does not verify the accuracy, completeness, or quality of user-generated content and is not responsible for any misleading or inappropriate content that may appear.

  • User Interactions and Safety: Users are responsible for their interactions with other users. Trffle does not conduct background checks and is not liable for any consequences that may arise from in-app communication or meetings.

  • Third-Party Links or Content: Trffle may contain links to external sites. We do not endorse or take responsibility for any third-party content or resources.

By using Trffle, you agree to hold harmless Infinite Skye Technologies, LLC, Trffle, and its affiliates from any claims, damages, or losses that may arise from your use of the app or interactions with other users.

Payment and Refund Policy

Trffle offers users an initial 7-day free trial to explore the app and experience its features. After the trial period, users can select from the following subscription options:

  • Free Version: Limited access to matches.

  • Weekly Subscription: $2.99, with the option for one-time payment or auto-renewal.

  • Monthly Subscription: $9.99, with the option for one-time payment or auto-renewal.

  • 3-Month Subscription: $24.99, with the option for one-time payment or auto-renewal.

Users may cancel their subscription at any time; however, all sales are final, and no refunds will be provided once a transaction is completed. In rare cases, such as a billing error, a refund may be issued at Trffle’s discretion. To request a refund under these circumstances, users should contact our billing support team at billing@trffle.org.

Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida and the United States. By using Trffle, you agree that any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the app will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Florida, USA.

For users outside the United States, you acknowledge and agree that you are voluntarily accessing and using Trffle in compliance with local laws and, where permitted, agree to resolve any disputes under the jurisdiction and laws of the State of Florida, United States.
